This page provides information on obtaining access to PAMS and on accessing PAMS through on and off campus networks.
Users will be granted access to PAMS once your department has been rolled into PAMS.
If you have a new staff member who needs access to PAMS, please complete the New User Request Form.
If you need to remove a users’ access, please complete the Remove User Request Form.
If you need to change a users’ role in PAMS, please complete the Change User Role Request Form.
PAMS Department User Roles
There are two system roles that can be assigned to department users in PAMS. The table below summarizes functionality to help determine the roles to assign to each user.

System Access
PAMS can be accessed using: https://pams.research.ucla.edu/pamsmvc/. You must have a UCLA Logon ID.
System Availability
PAMS is available daily, except from 6:00 p.m. Thursdays–7:00 a.m. Fridays, when PAMS is down for updates, maintenance, and Financial System and QDB processing.
