Updated Department Worklist: Removal of 60-Day Filter

The logic for the Upcoming Invoices and Reports Due to Sponsor worklist bubble has been updated to remove the existing 60-day filter.

With this improvement, the Upcoming Invoices and Reports Due to Sponsor section will now:

  • Display all upcoming due financial deliverables with the status of Pending Department Action (PDA)
  • Include deliverables with a due date of today and any future date

What this means for Departments:

  • Departments will have a more complete view of upcoming sponsor deliverables requiring department action
  • PDA deliverables with Policy 913, CONT, NCE reason codes (where due dates have been extended 60+ days) will now be visible on the worklist.
